The migration to the new hosting provider went very smoothly – if you’re reading this it means everything is online and the DNS has appropriately propagated. Performance is markedly improved.
A big thank you to everybody for being patient with the recent issues we were seeing. Your feedback helped escalate the issue to the resolution we implemented in a few short days. Could not get through to gtdtracks for a couple of hours today and blog was unavailable also – was this a problem with the new host?

Keith – yes, the new host had some network issues today. While that may seem like a bad sign – I’m still very comfortable with the new setup. During the whole process they were very responsive and competent. I’m not going to judge them by this hiccup alone. However, keeping the site 100% up is my main goal so if this becomes a habit as it has in the past I will be looking for other hosts.
