Downtime this Morning

In a very frustrating incident this morning, GTDTracks was down for a few hours. The cause – a billing confusion on the part of our hosting provider.

To say I am not happy is an understatement. Our apologies for the downtime.

The irony is that the incident was caused by the fact that I was trying to increase the amount of memory on the server, to provide better performance for my users, yet it has the complete opposite effect. Real funny.
